I absolutely love this phone, it is so easy to use and the sound quality is great. The only thing I don't like is the redial numbers don't say the saved name, just the number. Also, don't let your toddler get a hold of one of the handsets and disappear into the bathroom. One of my handsets ended up in the toilet, very briefly, but now it doesn't work at all. I think the battery is still charging but the display is dead and it won't turn on. Oh well.... -- Definitely not waterproof!

Nice phone, good price. The menu features are easy to navigate and I especially like that each cordless handset can be named ("kitchen", "bedroom", etc)-- makes putting them back where they belong easier. Downsides-- doesn't have the belt-clip option and the sound quality is a little weak-- but that may be caused by my particular phone lines. Oh, I was a little surprised at the answering machines memory capacity-- could use a little more. Still, a very good phone at a very good price.
To end on the positive note that this product deserves, the phones are very easy to install, very easy to navigate, with lots of thought given to giving the user flexibility. You can operate almost all functions of this phone without consulting the manual. -- Solid B+

I like the fact that the base unit is expandable up to six additional handsets. The phone themselves are easy use and easy to set up. I don't like the fact that I can't port over the phone book to new handsets and that the method of manually adding numbers to the handset is so difficult.

Overall, it does what I need it to do even if it's not perfect. -- Good phone

I had purchased the two-phone 1850, but found that I needed another. Bought this from Amazon a few days ago. Setup was: Put on base to "register" and charge. Works perfectly with my system.
